We were caught up eating shrooms in our 16 dollar room
3 blocks from the ocean in Myrtle Beach
when a knock came to our door, far too loud to just ignore
the paranoia rose as we unlatched locks
and there he stood, 45 years young
he'll party till the morning sun

He took us into his place, he offered us some steaks
we declined and tried to be polite he asked " whats got your appetite"
he started flipping though some tunes till he found something we knew
when we finally caught the vibe he pushed their lyrics aside then he sang

and I don't know why they put that metal in your face.
He said my name Rob and I lost my family.
Would you mind taking their place for tonight)

Drop kicking packs of Ramen our inebriated shaman
took our minds for a ride until we called it a night
got up early in the morning our next stop was in New Orleans
come to find our host had packed us us all provisions for the ride.
then he said.
